This is something that I am very passionate about. I started to originally brainstorm the idea of Exactness back in 2004. I was so sick of hearing everyone advocate the importance of a college degree. People who had majors still worked for minimum wage. I knew one guy who had a masters in business who worked at a small retail store making $10 an hour! I learned as a young man how unvaluable a degree could be. For some they got a degree and now work in a field that actually relates to their degree. Far too many work at a job where they do nothing related to their degree. Many employers don’t care what degree you have just that you have one. This makes no sense to me.
I personally do not see the point in education that doesn’t serve your purpose and passion. One of the fundamental ideas behind Exactness is focusing on your passion and finding ways to take it to the marketplace, So people pay you for what you love to do. We have been taught since we were young to go to school and then get a good job. We rarely ever advocate to identify your passion and become a business owner.
