Today I had a conversation with Coby Tippetts and we were discussing projects and events that occured in th past year and how much we have learned from them. One project we have been involved in was considered by many to be dead. This particular project had issues originally because of the people involved in it. These people have all since left the project to fall on its face. To them it wasn’t a real opportunity.
Their perspective of the project was their reality. It was dead. Coby maintained the vision of what this project could be. It is alive today because of his perspective. Those that picked its carcass will probably hear of its livelihood and come looking for another meal. This project has taught me that the only true value in the world is what we humans bring to it. This project only has life when the person in charge gives it life. It is alive and well today because Coby has sustained it.
Our Perspectives give life to things. More to come…
