I love this quote from Ayn Rand: “Throughout the centuries there were men who took first steps, down new roads, armed with nothing but their own vision.” I would guess that every man and woman has taken their steps in life according to their vision. Vision is such an important commodity in the world. Many of the world’s most acclaimed leaders were men of vision. Men who saw things differently from the majority. Men who clearly saw what it was they wanted to accomplish and then committed to it. The visionaries of the world see oppoortunity where others don’t and do whatever it takes to see it fulfilled. The most important part of the visionary is the people they get around them who catch the vision. Visionaries never do it alone, they can only do so much and they utilize the talents and skills of  others to achieve their objectives. How big is your vision?
